Our service offers a Confidential support services accessed through a helpline, online and via an App. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It provides:

Six sessions of structured telephone Counselling (per person, per issue, per year)

Six sessions of face to face counselling (per person, per issue, per year) – via an affiliate network of over 1,200 counsellors across UK and Ireland.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) available for face-to-face counselling sessions – National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommends CBT to treat anxiety and can help with work related Stress.

Family support services – access to phone line services for all partners/spouses and children in full time education aged 16-24 (in-line with HMRC guidelines).

Medical Line – we cannot diagnose or prescribe but will offer general medical advice.

Manager consultation – coaching for staff with people responsibilities, which should help them manage their teams more effectively therefore improving employee performance and engagement.

Critical incident advice – telephonic guidance for clients in the unfortunate event of a critical incident within the workplace. Onsite Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) can be arranged at an additional cost.
